Sensus Web includes an integrated Email systems.

Sensus Web’s Email module lets you import sample email addresses for use in recruiting respondents. It lets you create multiple email messages that you can use depending on respondent status. Sensus Web tracks the status of each respondent, indicating whether the respondent has mid-terminated, completed the study or has not yet visited the study’s site.

Using these statuses, Sensus Web can automatically send your pre-written messages to respondents at the appropriate times. For example, a login ID and password would be sent with an introductory email when you initially recruit respondents; an encouraging, incentivizing email could be sent to respondents who had partially completed the survey; and a reward could be sent with an email expressing gratitude to those who had completed the survey. At any point you can personalize the message by merging information from your imported email list as part of the message.
