Hosting Service
For Sensus Web users who don't want to set up and maintain their own Web server, our hosting service lets you deploy Sensus surveys you create to our server instead.

To use this service, we set up an account that includes your own directory, login ID, and password. You can then upload Sensus surveys to this directory from the PC where they were created using Sensus’ built-in survey deployment features. You can use Sensus’ data tools to view and edit data collected on our server, to download data, or to run online statistics. You can also grant clients password-protected access to online statistics for their studies.

To give your surveys your own organizational identity, you can customize the login screens and the interview itself. This includes adding graphics, sounds, and links to other sites.

Pricing for our hosting service is on a per study basis according to the number of completed interviews and the number of months of deployment.

Questionnaire Conversion Service
Our Questionnaire Conversion service lets you send us a paper questionnaire or a questionnaire in a Ci3 format. We convert it to a Sensus questionnaire and deploy it on the Web for you. This service is provided by questionnaire setup specialists who have extensive survey research and Ci3 experience. Included in this service are the following:

Questionnaire Conversion
We'll create a Sensus questionnaire from your paper questionnaire or Ci3 script (.ASC) file. You can also send us any graphics or sound files you wish to include in the questionnaire. We will format and word the questions in a way that is appropriate for online interviewing.

Deployment
We will deploy the questionnaire to the Web using our online hosting service. Once deployed, you can test your questionnaire before collecting respondent data.

E-Mail
From a list you provide, we can send e-mail messages to invite respondents to take the survey. We can also send reminder e-mail messages and messages thanking respondents for completing the survey.

Monitoring
We can provide you and your client with access to our online tools for monitoring your study's progress. These tools include an online quota report that shows completed interviews by quota cell and date, univariate statistics and frequency counts for all variables, and two-way cross tabulations.

Data Conversion
We can convert your data to a wide range of formats such as Access, ASCII, Excel, dBase, SAS, and SPSS.
